Superannuation Services Pty Ltd provides a complete administration and Trust setup service for Self Managed Funds. We excel in the fields of administration and compliance by bringing together expertise in superannuation, accounting, taxation and auditing.

Trust Set-Up
We arrange all the paperwork that is necessary to get your Fund up and running. Our Trust Deed, which is issued by a national legal firm, allows for both allocated and complying pensions, as well as funds in the accumulation phase.

Trust Set-Up includes:

• 2 copies of Trust Deed
  
  
• Minutes of first Trustee meeting

• Registration with the A.T.O.
  
  
• Trustee declaration and consent to act forms
  
  
• Participating employer applications
  
  
• Pro-forma investment strategy

On an annual basis we request information relating to all of your Funds transactions. We will:

• Establish and maintain members records and accounting records
  
  
• Lodge surcharge reports if required
  
  
• Prepare annual financial statements
  
  
• Prepare and lodge tax returns
  
  
• Provide advice on compliance with the Trust Deed, and the SIS Act and Regulations
  
  
• Organize audit of fund accounts and any additional certificates as required
  
  
• Prepare relevant pension and lump sum withdrawal paperwork
  
  
• Maintain minutes of Trustee meetings
