Our Fees
We charge a reasonable fixed fee for our service – because it is easy to understand and it is more equitable. We charge for the work we do – not based on how successful your Fund has been.
The following is an indication of our fees (all inclusive of GST):
- Fund set-up with individual trustees – $550
- Fund set-up with a corporate trustee – $1,394
- Annual administration including audit fee – from $2,552*
- Special technical consultation per hour - $330
- Pension start up documents (includes product disclosure statement) – from $495
The following fees (all inclusive of GST) are also payable by your Fund (to external parties):
- ATO lodgment fee - $180
- Annual actuarial certificates – from $176 (this is only required for some pension paying SMSF’s)
*Our standard fee of $2,552 covers most SMSF’s. It allows for:
- Up to 25 purchase or sale transactions (this includes dividend reinvestment purchases)
- Up to 65 other transactions
- Up to 4 members
If these numbers are exceeded, additional charges may be applied, on a time basis. Derivatives, borrowings and property investments may also give rise to additional fees.
Our total fee will be billed in two instalments, one at the beginning of the relevant financial year and the final one on completion of the audit. Our administration fee is subject to annual CPI increases.
