You have recommended your clients set up an SMSF but you don’t have the time to handle the on-going administration of the Fund. You may also be concerned that if the paperwork is wrong or returns lodged late, that your client's Fund may be made non-compliant.
Superannuation Services can help in one of two ways:
Outsourcing
You may choose to outsource the administration to Superannuation Services. Your clients will probably not even know that Superannuation Services exists. The administration agreement is between Superannuation Services and you/ your firm.
Back-office support
You recommend to your client that they appoint Superannuation Services to act as their Fund administrator ( we can also set the Fund up for them) and we can either liaise with the client directly or with you – it’s your choice. We know how important your client relationship is, so we let you decide how much contact we have with your clients.
Superannuation Services will not poach your clients.

Technical support
The technical knowledge of the staff at Superannuation Services is of the highest level. We have an Australia-wide peer support network which we can tap into for additional opinions on “grey areas” in the legislation. Financial planners and accountants who use our administration service often call us to confirm their understanding of the Superannuation Industry Supervision Act and Regulations.
Customised Seminars
One of our directors, Jenny Power, is a highly regarded speaker within the industry in all aspects of SMSF’s. As a way to give you a “value added” service, we are happy to present an information seminar to either, you and your staff, or to your clients. These seminars are usually around 45 minutes in duration and can cover technical subjects, compliance problems, practical SMSF issues and general SMSF questions. If at least ten of your clients use our administration service we will provide these seminars for you at no charge.
